On the morning of May 27, the fourth "Ao Xiang Living Room" thematic lecture, sponsored by the Department of Student Affairs of the University Party Committee and organized by the Department of Physical Education, was successfully held at the Chang'an Campus. Titled "Science of Fitness and Sports Health," the lecture featured Dr. Li Wei, Associate Chief Physician of Orthopedics (Sports Medicine) at the Sports Hospital of the General Administration of Sport of China's Institute of Sports Medicine, as the keynote speaker. Faculty and student representatives from various colleges attended the event, which was hosted by Fu Li, Secretary of the Party General Branch of the Department of Physical Education.

Dr. Li Wei delivered an in-depth and detailed presentation, complemented by live demonstrations, on "Implementing the National 'Healthy China' Strategy and Promoting Scientific Fitness and Sports Health." His talk covered the concepts and methods of scientific fitness, common chronic osteoarticular diseases and rehabilitation, frequent sports injuries along with their diagnosis and treatment, as well as self-maintenance for sports health. During the interactive session, Dr. Li addressed students' questions individually, analyzing and diagnosing injury issues they encounter in daily exercise and fitness routines, and provided targeted treatment plans and advice. His profound theoretical knowledge in sports science and superb diagnostic skills earned him repeated enthusiastic applause from the audience.
